The Stalirov&Co team developed the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for Hasher’s multicurrency crypto wallet

Hasher Wallet is software for accessing and using digital assets stored on the blockchain. The app is not a bank or securities broker/dealer. It does not require a license, it is not approved by a government financial regulatory agency, and cannot be used as a personal investment advisor.

Hasher Wallet does not have access to users' personal information and digital assets. User is solely responsible for their activities and is aware of the risk of digital assets loss.

The application is intended exclusively for users who are over 18 or representatives of companies. Use of the application by minors is prohibited. Hasher Wallet is not responsible for the consequences arising from minors' use of the application.

To use the application, the user must register a wallet and undergo identification. To register, the user must create a secret code and repeat it, then create a seed phrase from the suggested words and its backup copy. Hasher Wallet provides the ability to copy the seed phrase for saving outside the application. To continue the registration procedure, the user must agree to the notification about the risks of losing the seed phrase and undergo verification of its correctness.

Hasher Wallet provides services for

◼ storage of digital assets

◼ replenishment, withdrawal, exchange, and transfer of digital assets

◼ purchasing digital assets with fiat funds, depositing and withdrawing fiat funds

◼ providing information on the value of digital assets.

Hasher Wallet does not control blockchain networks and providers, therefore the company does not guarantee that transactions made by users will be confirmed and processed.

Hasher Wallet provides users with the ability to access third-party services and products from vendors whose services are integrated into the application.

◼ WhiteBIT is a cryptocurrency exchange integrated into the application.

◼ MoonPay and UTORG are payment systems for exchanging digital assets and fiat funds.

Hasher Wallet is not a party to agreements between users and providers. The company does not receive any payments from users for provider services. Users gain access to the providers’ services at their own risk.

Transactions may include fees. The user must ensure that the wallet balance is sufficient to complete the transaction.

Hasher Wallet is not responsible for failed transactions or losses that may arise due to insufficient funds or incorrectly set fees.

Users are solely responsible for compliance with tax obligations.

Hasher Wallet does not accept commissions or payments, therefore the company does not offer cash refunds and is not responsible for refunds for services provided by vendors. If the users need a refund, they must contact the relevant third-party provider.

If a user violates the Terms of Use, Hasher Wallet may limit, modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, access to the application services.

Hasher Wallet does not block or restrict the storage of digital assets. If the use of application services is limited, the user will be able to withdraw digital assets to external wallets.

Hasher Wallet automatically collects personal data such as IP addresses, time zones, language settings, and information about the device used to access the application.

Data is collected when the user interacts with the application, as well as during analytics and advertising campaigns using services, such as Google ADS, Google Analytics, Facebook ADS, and Facebook Analytics.

Hasher Wallet has implemented measures for the secure storage of personal data on servers and hosting, and provides AES-192-CBC data encryption, md5 hashing and anonymization. Access to the application is encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) technology. Hasher Wallet also uses strict HTTPS transport security.
